Manage your subscription plans, monitor your monthly usage limits, and control the public visibility of your booking page.
Accessing these settings
To manage your profile and billing, navigate to the "Account Settings" page from your main dashboard menu. This is your central hub for administrative tasks.
Usage & Limits
Inside the Account Settings page, you can track real-time progress bars for your current plan:
- Monthly Bookings: The total appointments booked by clients.
- SMS Reminders: Automated texts sent to reduce no-shows.
- Active Staff: Number of team members currently on your profile.
How to disable my booking page?
If you only want to use the dashboard for manual bookings (private use) without allowing the public to see your page, navigate to the Account Settings page and use the Public Booking Page toggle.
Public Booking Page
Your page is hidden. Clients cannot book.
Turning the toggle "OFF" inside Account Settings hides your page from search engines instantly, but maintains your paid subscription so you can keep using Pro features (like SMS reminders) for your manual bookings.
Billing & Payments
Payments are managed through the Account Settings page and handled securely via Stripe. Click "Manage Billing & Plan" to update your payment method or view invoices.
How to cancel my subscription?
To stop all future payments, scroll to the Danger Zone at the bottom of the Account Settings page and click "Cancel Subscription & Disable Page."
Your page will be hidden immediately
Your account will downgrade to the FREE plan
No further charges will be made

Set your preferences on the Account Settings page to get instant alerts for new client bookings on your mobile device.
Password Reset
Request a secure reset link from the Account Settings security card if you need to update your login credentials.
