Business Analytics

Understand your business performance at a glance. Use the Analytics dashboard to track income, client loyalty, and busy hours.

Total Bookings

The total number of appointments completed within your selected date range.

Total Revenue

The sum of all service prices and surcharges. This reflects your gross income before expenses.

How to track revenue?

The Revenue Over Time chart shows your daily earnings. You can use the Date Range Filter at the top of the dashboard to view stats for a specific week, month, or custom period.

Owner Tip

Compare your "New Client" vs "Returning Client" chart. If returning clients are low, consider setting up a loyalty discount using the Negative Surcharge feature.

Who is my top staff?

Bookings per Staff

This horizontal bar chart ranks your team by the number of clients they have served. It is a great tool for calculating commissions or bonuses.

Top Services

Identify your most popular treatments. Use this data to decide which services to promote or which ones might need a price adjustment.

Peak Booking Hours

The Peak Hours chart helps you see when your shop is most active. Use this to:

  • Schedule more staff during busy peak times.
  • Apply "Happy Hour" discounts during identified quiet hours.

Privacy & Permissions

Staff members can only see their own analytics. Only the business owner can see the full team breakdown and total revenue stats.
