Staff Availability
Control exactly when your team is bookable. Set recurring weekly patterns or create "Special Hours" for holidays and high-demand dates.
How to find these settings
To manage your team's working hours, navigate to the "Availability" page from your main dashboard menu. Each staff member has their own dedicated schedule within this view.
Weekly Schedule
Your recurring routine. Set this once for each staff member inside the Availability page (e.g., Mon-Fri 9-5) and the system will repeat it every week.
Special Hours
Specific date overrides. Use the "Special Hours" button to handle holidays or to open up extra time when demand is high.
How to set Special Hours?
Sometimes you need to deviate from your normal routine. Inside the Availability screen, Special Hours allow you to open your store on days you are normally closed or extend your working time for specific dates.
Extra Openings
If you are normally closed on Sundays but want to work a specific Sunday, select the date in the Special Hours section and toggle it to "Open."
Extended Shifts
Expect a busy Friday? Use Special Hours to add an extra shift (e.g., staying open until 22:00) for that day only.
How to set lunch breaks?
The best way to handle lunch breaks is by using the Second Shift feature on the Availability page. This leaves the time in between unbookable.
Example Break Setup:
Result: The hour from 13:00 to 14:00 is automatically blocked for lunch.
How to set Happy Hours?
You can automatically change your prices for specific times. This is done inside the Edit Hours window (on the Availability page) under Surcharge Configuration.
Premium Slots
Enter a positive number (e.g., 5.00) to charge extra for peak times.
Happy Hours (Discounts)
Enter a negative number (e.g., -3.00) to create a discount.
Marketing Strategy
When a client books a "negative surcharge" slot, they see the lower price immediately.
Final Step
Always click the Purple Save Button at the bottom of the Availability page. Availability changes do not affect existing appointments.
