Managing Your Schedule

The Daily Schedule is your command center. Learn how to track appointments, manage staff workflows, and handle walk-in clients efficiently.

Accessing the Calendar

To manage your daily schedule, navigate to the "View Bookings" page from your main dashboard menu. This page provides a visual timeline of all appointments for your chosen date.

How to Manual Add Booking?

Not all clients book online. When a client calls or walks in, visit the "View Bookings" page and use the Floating Plus (+) Button at the bottom right of your screen to block their time manually.

Step 1

Pick Staff & Service

Choose who is performing the work and which service the client wants.

Step 2

Client Details

Enter their name and phone. We use the phone number to send them automated reminders.

Step 3

Find a Slot

Select the time. The system only shows slots where that staff member is actually free.

Understanding Surcharges & Discounts

If you see an amber icon next to a time slot on the View Bookings page, it means a price modification applies. Positive values (Surcharges) add to the price, while negative values (Happy Hours) subtract from it.

How to cancel a booking?

To remove an appointment from your calendar:

  1. Visit the View Bookings page.
  2. Find the appointment on the Daily Schedule.
  3. Click the colored block to open details.
  4. Click the Delete button at the bottom.
  5. Confirm the deletion in the pop-up window.
