Services & Staff Setup

Define what you offer and who provides it. This page is the "engine" behind your public booking page—linking your skills to your staff.

Accessing the Catalog

To configure your offerings and team members, navigate to the "Services & Staff" page from your main dashboard menu. All adjustments made here sync instantly with your public booking profile.

How to add a new service?

Services represent the treatments or tasks your business performs. To create one, navigate to the "Services & Staff" page and click the "Add Service" button in the Services card.

Required Details for Every Service:

  • Service Namee.g., "Men's Skin Fade" or "Gel Manicure"
  • Duration (Minutes)Crucial for calculating free slots in your calendar.
  • PriceThe base cost shown to customers online.

Managing Your Team

Staff members are the individuals who fulfill appointments. You can manage their public profiles and control their dashboard access directly from the "Services & Staff" view.

Profile Photos

Hover over a staff member's circle and click the Cloud Upload icon. Adding real photos of your team significantly increases booking conversion rates.

How to invite my staff?

Click "Invite Staff" and enter their email. They will receive a link to create their own password and view their individual schedule.

Linking Services to Staff

Critical Logic

A service will not appear on your public booking page until it is assigned to at least one staff member.

The Setup Checklist:

  1. Ensure you are on the Services & Staff page.
  2. Scroll to the Staff Profiles section.
  3. Find the staff member who provides the service.
  4. Click the Assign Service button.
  5. Check the boxes for all services they are qualified to perform.

Troubleshooting

Q:

"My services aren't showing online" — Navigate to the Services & Staff page, go to Staff Profiles, and ensure the services are linked to at least one staff member.

Q:

"A staff member is missing" — Make sure you added them in the "Staff" card at the top of the Services & Staff screen before trying to assign services.
