The Transition Period

Before you share your booking link with the world, you must ensure your digital calendar matches your physical one. Follow these steps to prevent double-bookings.

Don't share your link yet!

If you share your link while your Kleise Rantevou calendar is empty, a new client might book a slot that you have already promised to someone else via phone or Instagram.

How to sync your existing bookings

1. Block your current appointments

Open your "View Bookings" and manually add every appointment you have for the next 2–4 weeks.

Tip: You don't need to add full client details for old bookings—just block the time slots so the system knows they are "Busy."

2. Verify Staff Availability

Check that your Staff Availability matches your current roster. If a staff member is on holiday next week, make sure to mark those days as "Closed" now.

Going Live

Once your calendar is "Synced," you are ready to start accepting new automated appointments. We recommend this checklist:

All future phone bookings are in the app
Staff lunch breaks are set
Services prices and durations are correct
Your Booking URL is shared on Instagram Bio
New Habit

From today onwards, whenever someone calls you to book, add it to the app immediately. This ensures your online link always shows accurate availability to your other clients.
